A really bearish count China A50A pretty simplistic count of the China A50 but it sure is a bleak one, for the bulls anyway. If the index breaks down below the yearly pivot I might take this count more seriously as it has the potential to fall a long way. Some pretty obvious things to note are the double top and reversal on the Yearly R1 pivot.
China A50 (8/2/18) *BEAR BEARChina Market is in the strong pull back mode. It seems to have excess to be trimmed.
I am expecting it will go to 13,221 level easily.
BEAR for now.

China A50 15% More Down Adjustment is JustifiableChina A50 index is the top 50 largest listed companies on Shanghai Stock Exchange. Chart shows there is still 15% down space for adjustment for pulling the price back to 12% annual return roadway.
The money is in Asia especially here!!!I believe that the era for China as the next global power is here. They are shedding the image of a "world largest factory" where they still manufacture plenty products for many countries. Their wages have increased and many brand owners are now shifting their production base to Vietnam, Indonesia, etc to lower their costs.
It is now recognised for its electric vehicles making, its banking industries is going through constant upgrading and restructuring, drone making, QR payment using mobile wallet and many more.
Their middle income group is growing so much that many global brands are now dying to get a piece of their market share in China. Visit the Tier 1 cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and you won't be surprised to see many luxury brands in their upmarket shopping malls.
Almost every countries that have a Chinese residents working/investing there, they would buy their properties there and look at how they shake up the property price, see Australia, Canada, UK, US, Malaysia, Singapore.............
Now, how about travel? I have witnessed how these rich Chinese travellers snatch the branded bags from the retail shelfs without even asking the prices at all. Their purchasing power is so HIGH that many airports worldwide now work round the clock to have Chinese translation, serve chinese food and even employ chinese to be tour guides.
In Singapore, do you know there are restaurants that are only catered to tourists? That means, it is not open to the retail markets, the sheer volume of incoming chinese tourists is so high that the restaurant owners are happy to just serve them exclusively.
Buy on dip
Asia Dragon Dominates - CN50It took only 3 months in 2015 May till Aug for the index to crash 45% from its peak but is more than 2 years now and we are blessed indeed to see it pulling back nearly 57% of its previous shiny days. That means it has nearly 15% more to catch up to its previous high.
Notice the nice Cup formed, expecting a right handle to be formed soon (pull back). The fall will be between the 50% and 61.8% FIB level . It may not as well upon closer examination as the price has pierced through the 61.8% FIB, retrace and closed with a nice green candle.

Once upon a time, China was known as the world's biggest factory (it is still to many countries) but slowly but surely, it is now gaining recognition for its R&D, automotive and tech industries. If rich consumers are splurging on overseas properties, then the tycoons and business owners like Jack Ma, Wang Dalian and many others are buying up entertainment, buildings, etc to increase their market share.
Why did Jim Roger send his daughter to study chinese ? So is President Donald Trump's granddaughter as well. They both recognise the importance of the chinese language and to fully understand the culture, language is one important key to it.
I am bullish on China for the long term
A50 Daily Update (18/9/17)Indices are still running upwards.
A50 has met its support zone at 11800 zone.
This should be a nice support to push it all the way to the top of the resistance zone at 12600.
Should it breaks above 12600, it is SUPER bullish

China A50 Stock Index (9/10/17) *Big move to unfold after 18/10Now China's Golden holiday is over but we still have CCP congress, it is to start from 18 Oct.
It is gonna be THE event of the year as china will be having their own version of game of thrones.
All the Chinese markets shall go sideways (or) bullish mode for now.
What I am interested is what comes after that.
I am seeing that 11,800 level can be easily retested.
If the level is broken strongly,more bearish forces will come in.
The sell scenario shall be more likely by then, as the congress is over and there is no reason for further manipulation or holding on stocks.
It will mirror the movement of HK index as well.

I shall still keep my bias on Slight Short side.
Our current position is doing as expect.
Turmoil in US polictic shall bring negative effect on the index.
We will have CHina CCP conference in near future. (pls google for it)

China A50 Stock Market Index (15/8/17) *Watch 11,700 levelThe stock indexes are enjoying the breather from NK-USA drama.
In my opion, the drama may not over yet. It is more of take 1 step back before 2 steps adavnce.
This index will be met with BIG resistant of 11700 level.
As long as the level is not broken up strongly. I am seeing beaishness on them.
It is still a SELL to me.

China Stock Index A50 (31 July 17) *Slowing DownI am seeing nice early signs of weakening in BULL trend.
It may inch up abit higher but it is surely in a slow mo.
Watch out 11600 level as it is very good support and if that level is broken, more BEARs will be in.

china equities: discussion. there is nothing going on nowlong term very interesting though. there is some big price action ahead both up and down if current structure breaks. One to watch!
