The Military Repairs and Maintenance segment is involved in upgrade and overhaul of military vessels; and integrated support services. The Commercial Repairs and Maintenance segment covers commercial vessels. The Combat System Integration segment consists of import and commissioning of integrated systems and computer programs. The company was founded on July 12, 1995 and is headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
