ATNM slow climb may have legs...to run ATNM is showing some slow climb in pennies that may be trying to develop into something towards 20% and 80% returns just ahead.
While risky looking there are some indications for a retest toward 0.30 and then fill gap to 0.45.
Took starting positions at 0.24 with support of two week old uptrend line just below.
Prices have just recently moved out from three month old downtrend line as well.
Oscillators are mapping / tracking progress of rising price pattern with RSI reading of 57 in it's own uptrend line for room to going higher.
SL @ 0.21 gives two trade profiles: 2/1 for 0.24 to 0.30 and 7/1 for 0.24 to 0.45.
Risking .03 to make .06 and risking .03 to make .21
Will see how price moves into next week and month with this new trade idea.

Going long with 1000 shares1000 shares. Going long. above its 200 day ema. Good volume in this stock. earnings are steady. Inverse head and shoulders pattern indicating the stock has bottomed. the target price is $4.
ATNM's price starts to decrease...As for the structure of the wave, a 0.5x fractal. Within a fractal with a decreasing triple wave structure. Although the theory contradicts the rising wave axis, but since it can not be mirrored, we did not take into account the opposite sign. But back to the triple waveform. Resistance color is an extension of an ATR axis. The bottom and top levels of the correction levels are 0.5x of the original fractal. The target price of the exchange rate drop is 0.1345 usd.

Its lead product candidate is Iomab-B that is in Phase III clinical studies in refractory or relapsed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients over the age of 55.
Actinium is a micro-cap company, with a market capitalization below $100 million. The company's drug candidates are significantly differentiated, and not much competition exists in this otherwise crowded biotech space. Lomab-B enrollment is picking up steam, and the drug is likely to be approved, due to lack of viable alternatives.

opportunity or trap?Actinium reached its lowest price in at least five years (maybe lowest ever!) a few months ago and has been moving up since June. The price action over the last week looks like a pennant so maybe there's an opportunity here to make something on another small rise... however note the recent divergence between the price and the RSI peaks, a signal that is generally regarded as bearish. At MarketWatch.com the "analyst opinion" tab reports that the 5 professionals covering ATNM recommend a Buy with a price target over $4, which sounds incredibly optimistic. Zack's site also rates it a Buy but gives a value/growth/momentum averaged grade of D, not very impressive. Chartmill gives it 8/10 for technical rating and says a good entry point is just above the resistance area at 79¢ to 80¢. Well, all things considered, if it goes above 80¢ I'll place a bet.
You know that with this stock-picking malarkey you've got to be alert, and a bit lucky... Jan 16th I bought ARWR at 5.93, all was going fine but I got stopped out when it fell back on March 23rd to 6.83; I made a small profit so I guess I can't whine about it too much, but today I see it's at 16.40. Ouch. On April 9th I bought BLFS at 7.65 but the following day I got stopped out at 7.19. Today it's at 19.17. I took my eye off the ball, again!
