iBio September trend? Likely highly possible! - IBIO-201 Demonstrates Ability to Elicit anti-SARS-CoV-2 Immune Response in Preclinical Studies - August 10, 2020 07:15 ET | Source: iBio, Inc. NEW YORK, Aug. 10, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- iBio, Inc. (NYSE AMERICAN:IBIO) (“iBio” or the “Company”), a biotechnology corporation and biologics contract manufacturing organization, today provided an update on one of its proprietary vaccine candidates being designed to prevent infection from the SARS-CoV-2 virus. iBio is investigating an array of adjuvants in combination with iBio’s proprietary lichenase carrier molecule (“LicKMTM”) fused to a coronavirus subunit protein (“IBIO-201”) with the goal of producing a safe and effective vaccine for COVID-19 disease, and especially one for our most vulnerable populations, including the elderly. Ten distinct preclinical study arms for the IBIO-201 antigen-adjuvant combinations have been concluded. These include combinations delivered via intramuscular and intranasal routes, and datasets are under evaluation. Anti-SARS-CoV-2 spike titers to IBIO-201were observed 21 days after immunization. Titers continued to increase over the 42-day study. Distinct, favorable Th1 and Th2 immune profiles were observed. Early functional testing of mouse antisera from IBIO-201 immunized mice demonstrates the presence of antibodies that interfere with the binding of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein sequences to human ACE2 in ex vivo assays. iBio plans to conduct additional testing of IBIO-201 antisera, including further evaluations of neutralizing titers in multiple assay formats. In addition, significant immune profiling studies are ongoing to evaluate safety and immune protection correlates, including antigen-specific T cell responses and memory B cell testing. The additional testing for both IBIO-201 and IBIO-200 is occurring in collaboration with the Texas A&M University System (“TAMUS”) laboratories. “We are encouraged by these pre-clinical data, which demonstrate IBIO-201’s ability to generate an immune response to SARS-CoV-2 sequences and neutralize protein interaction,” said Tom Isett, Chairman & CEO of iBio. “We expect to gain more insight as we complete data analysis of both of our COVID-19 vaccine candidates.” About iBio’s COVID-19 Vaccine Development Programs On March 11, 2020, the Company filed four provisional patent applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in support of its COVID-19 vaccine platforms. The virus-like particle (“VLP”) program (“IBIO-200”) was subsequently announced on March 18, 2020. The LicKM-Subunit program (“IBIO-201”) was announced on June 3, 2020. If the program(s) move into clinical trials, iBio has the capability to rapidly develop and manufacture at clinical and commercial scales in its 130,000 square foot facility in Bryan, Texas. Hold your breath peopleIf you have viewed my posts about IBIO , you would have witness the long term yellow line cutting through the 1.6-1.8 price point. Either this drop is to retest the long term channel or ... well... good luck to those that still believe in the company. I like the innovative company and the CEO's track record and was invested since $0.3. I really appreciate the person that referred me to IBIO on yahoo chatroom in Feb. I have started to trimmed my position when this started to breaking through all the support level like a hot knife through butter below the $3 dollar range. Wish the bulls good luck! just need one proper PR and this beast will rocket. stay safe! Side thought: I have seen in many chatroom and witness many high PT for all different kind of ticker (i guess you reading this have as well). Especially, 'this company has XXX product and it deserve XXX price' ,' this company will save the world '. I mean i am sure that biotech companies have all the smartest people in the world and they deserve tremendous net worth for all they have done for humanity, but unfortunately, this is a money society.Invest safe and wise people. Companies pulling moves like Novavax and Overstock are rare; i believe it is more luck than any other reason.

breaking out in a few days? PT 17-18In my previous idea, i stated that IBIO would consolidate around mid 4 area until next breakout but it was not how it ended. With Russian news and insider dumping, IBIO went back all the way to its breakout point. Currently, it is touching the trend drawn all the way from the beginning of the year that connects two breakout point (green line, breakout points are drawn in blue). Is it ready for a run? If it runs, i expect PT of 17-18 then retracement. retracement levels shown on figure (10 dollar, worst case scenario $6-7)

Revised reversal levels Update August 7, 2020 The downwards thrust and harmonics seems to point the reversal lower than $3.37. The support could be from any of the following 1. Historical support of $2.86 2. $2.28 (78.6 Fibonacci level co-incites with the price pattern completion AB=CD pattern and the trendline support-Green line) Refer to purple box 3. 5 waves to complete pattern C (estimated projections) The reversal is possible at any of this above levels. Look for reversal candle stick and uptick in volume and momentum.
