MJUS provides exposure to US-listed companies that derive at least 50% of their revenue from the legal cultivation, production, marketing and distribution of cannabis and cannabis-related products. This may include multi-state operators (MSOs) and Special Purpose Acquisitions Corporations (SPACs) that intend to acquire one or more cannabis companies. Although actively managed, MJUS generally invests in securities representative of the Prime U.S. Alternative Harvest Index. It may also use total return swap contracts that are intended to provide similar exposure.
