The UK and Europe Soft Flooring segment includes legal entities primarily in the UK, Republic of Ireland, the Netherlands, and Belgium whose operations involve the manufacture and distribution of carpets, rugs, flooring underlay, artificial grass, LVT, and associated accessories. The UK and Europe Ceramic Tiles segment focuses on legal entities primarily in Spain, Turkey, and Italy whose operations involve the manufacture and distribution of wall and floor ceramic tiles. The Australia segment is involved in legal entities in Australia whose operations involve the manufacture and distribution of carpets, flooring underlay, and LVT. The North America segment refers to legal entities in the United States whose operations involve the distribution of hard flooring, LVT, and tiles. The company was founded in 1895 and is headquartered in Worcester, the United Kingdom.
