LIC @ 9 NOV 2021Text me if you have any questions/comments for me. ----- LIC - Previous analysis was done on 27 Oct (red arrow) - Suggested waiting for a successful rebound to 23.50 levels before plotting entry - Since then, the stock is stuck in No Man’s Land with the short-term average proving to be a resistance while the mid-term average is a strong support - A strong break of the mid-term support would likely be a Structure Break - A successful recovery looks to be around 22.60 levels - R is borderline 10% - Strategy-to-buy (DYOR) – Suggest waiting for a successful rebound before plotting entry

LIC @ 27 OCT 2021Text me if you have any questions/comments for me. ----- LIC - Previous analysis was done on 14 Oct (red arrow) - Suggested waiting for a retracement and successful rebound - Since then, the stock has retraced to closed at the short-term support - A successful rebound look to be around 23.50 levels - If the stock continues to break below the short-term support and test the mid-term support, setup for entry will no longer be good - R is less than 10% - Strategy-to-buy (DYOR) – Suggest waiting for a successful rebound before plotting entry

LIC @ 15 Sep 2021LIC - First time doing a written analysis on LIC - Stock has a good history of uptrends - 1st resistance (purple dotted line) – consolidated sideways for 4 months while still somewhat respecting the mid-term support - 2nd resistance (blue line) – consolidated sideways for 1.5 months while still somewhat respecting the short-term line - After breaking out, stock has had weak tests of the short-term support - Today’s nice bullish pin bar after a strong test of the short-term support is accompanied by above average volume -> good - After seeing today’s price action, I was tempted to get into the stock - Unfortunately, there is no good setup for entry unless you use intraday strategies - R is more than 10% - Strategy-to-buy (DYOR) – Suggest waiting for a better setup for entry ----- Text me if you have any questions/feedback for me.

$LIC:ASX - LIFESTYLE COMMUNITIES LIMITEDLIC was having a good run pre-covid and looks to be having a reasonably good recovery. Bit more volatility makes it a bit of a riskier proposition but could be worth a look especially for the longer term as Australias population continues to age and people look to downsize and move into these lifestyle type communities. Lifestyle Communities Ltd. engages in the development, ownership, and management of land lease communities. It offers independent living residential land lease communities for senior citizens; as well as home designs, resort lifestyle homes with various sports and entertainment facilities.
