I bought SOL at 20 $ and have been riding it till recently .
SOL is good hold and will make you money but AVAX will make you more money as it hasnt travelled its 3rd wave the longest wave in Elliot wave theory .
I analyse both TIME and PRICE - so my TA is different from the rest of the crowd .

Avalanche: In the Mood for More!February has been very positive for the AVAX price so far. In the next step, the altcoin should establish the high of the magenta wave near the resistance at $56.43. Thus, the latest bearish pressure should be conquered soon in favor of new upward momentum. As part of our primary scenario, the upcoming wave high should initially be followed by a sell-off until the low of the turquoise wave 2 is settled. However, there is a fairly high 40% chance for a clear breakout above the mentioned resistance. In this case, the turquoise wave alt.2 would have already been finished.

AVAX Serious Bullish DivergenceA lot of charts are starting to show some bullish signs and AVAX appears to be one of them.
This is a daily chart and money flow is DEEP in the red with seriously heavy divergence forming on the wave trend oscillator.
Current trading plan is a long entry with a 1-4% stop loss area. First target is the immediate local unbroken high at 9.60 approximately 10% higher than the current price.
Second target will be a 50% retrace from swing high to swing low into a previous fair value gap at 11.75 for a 33% gain.

Long AVAX to $46+I suspect AVAX will form a double-top before more pullback. Cup and handle pattern is now in play and takes us just shy of our $48 price. I plan to some (maybe half) of around 42. I will then move my SL to break even and let the rest ride, trailing stops as we go.

Avax breakout Avax broke out of descending the wedge. The volume increased on the breakout. Finding resistance at the 36 mark.
AVAX - correction may have endedAVAX correction may have ended on January 24th. The three legs down bounced from both the 50%-61.8% retracement of the move from the lows and into the 61.8-78.6% Fibonacci extension related to the XWY correction. These conditions suggest that wave 2 in yellow may have already completed. A possible trade would be to buy a pullback intoto the 50/60% retracement against the 27.15 lows. However, a double correction into the 20s area is still a possibility.

Avalanche is a good long term investmentAvalanche looks to be in a downtrend, but in this trend it still has a target to go up to the 45usd region, which is 30% up from today. Avalanche has 2 main advances over other crypto projects. The fundamentals are amazing, for instance it is a very flexible, fast network, and still more safe then BTC or ETH blockchains. It is compatible with the EVM so companies that use the Ethereum blockchain can move easily to Avalanche. Furthermore, the maximum supply cap of 720 million is relatively low, so there will a certain scarcity for this coin, which tends to drive the price up. Low maximum supply cap is the best tool against minimal deflation, which makes the coin a good option for investors in the long term.
