AVAX- Remains PromisingAmidst Avalanche’s once-promising ascent, most holders now clutch a bearish reality. Over 90% face losses while development thrives and trading volume wanes, painting a complex landscape.
Avalanche showed great promise during its initial stages, attracting motivated buyers to purchase and retain it. Nevertheless, recent data revealed that most of these buyers and holders were holding their bags at a loss.
As per CoinMarketCap, Avalanche had a circulating supply exceeding 344 million tokens at press time, with a total supply surpassing 400 million tokens. However, insights from Into The Block highlighted that more than 90% AVAX holders were experiencing losses at the time of publication.
Specifically, the data pointed out that approximately 99.45% of holders, accounting for around 5.45 million addresses, found themselves out of the money, indicative of holding at a loss.
WHY LONG:
Despite the downward trend in trading volume, the development activity on the Avalanche network has been consistently robust. This suggested that the platform’s team was actively at work.
Loyal Community:
And while these holders may have hoped for respite, that has not been the case. To make matters worse, IntoTheBlock data showed that 99.5% of AVAX holders were now holding the token at a loss.

SCALP SHORT AVAX?seems like a risky area to short as its been selling off pretty well this month but with a daily close under 10.5 and the importance of that level on the weekly timeframe I expect price to move lower before a bounce from the 9.5 area most likely. tight stop loss and going to take profits on this aggressively if it moves in my direction.

AVAX - Wave B almost complete
The wave count from my previous analysis is being played out, and I expect a new lower low below $10.
This would complete blue wave C of black wave B, and a reversal may take place to begin black wave C.
AVAX coming close to long term weekly demand zoneAs markets continue correction there are many upcoming opportunities to seize. AVAX in particular is reaching a strong demand zone in $9.5 to $10.5 range. As AVAX approach this zone volumes are shrinking which usually means that selling is slowing down and bears are being cautious. Those who are looking for longs can keep these levels in mind with potential upside of 40% and above in coming months. However a daily close below said range with good volumes can trigger a new round of bearish selling.
AVAX Long Set-UpI entered a long position here on #AVALANCHE. A previous major low was swept and the price seems to be holding this level. I placed a stop loss below the previous wick low.
#Bitcoin also has swept its HTF pivot low and is looking to move higher in the short term.
