Good technical conditions for a uptrend
CSN on uncomfortable risk of dam colapse after strong rains.NYSE:SID / BMFBOVESPA:CSNA3 'Casa da Pedra' Dam at Congonhas-MG was inspected today (Tuesday) by agents of the national mining agency* who assessed that there is no risk of dam collapse, but they identified small erosions damage and ordered immediate action from CSN .
Tomorrow (Wed) are forecasted to rain 20mm.
Thursday: 6mm
Friday: 4mm.
Put options might be a prudent position for stock holders.

Approaching Bullish AreaWith inflation risk speculation at highs and default debate going. Might be a good time to buy a producer of commodities. Steel coil/iron ore future at highs. Could be a good outlook for Q4 Earnings for SID, as they own high grade Iron ore deposits in Brazil. Brazil central bank meeting on 26th, might have an affect on the countries currency, which could entail a stronger real further enhancing earnings for the company. Also bounced off yearly moving averages and RSI indicating oversold.

Textbook breakoutAfter several weeks of consolidations, looks like we have the volume to break out of our established channel
Deep study on SID for a bullish setup.Today we will show you our research on SID looking for statistical patterns on price historical data.
First: We have defined all the cases we want to study. In this case, ALL the corrections above the yellow horizontal line with a retracement higher or equal to -20%. Also, we have defined the duration of each of them.
Second: With that clear, we will check each of the bullish impulses with all the possible setups we could have taken
The last picture is the current situation.
What about the target?
The previous impulse reached its top really close to the Fibo Retracement. So, we will be using the same logic to define the current target. Of course, we will go a little bit lower just to be cautious.
Final Setup
The conclusion we are observing is that from a statistical perspective, Trading this structure above B (even higher) is worth the risk considering that we can have a 1:3 risk-reward ratio with a situation that has been proven successful since 2006 until now. SID. Setting up a base again.Looks like it setting up a similar base, but in this time it happens earnings before!
Possible move in both direction. If it will go up, than based on measured move possible performance will be about 50%.

Long and Short em GGBR4/CSNA3Momento oportuno, especialmente ontem, de vender o par CSNA3/GGBR4. Ou seja, venda de CSN e compra de Gerdau.
Par com um desvio padrão alto, onde CSN andou bem, eqto Gerdau está atrasada.
Bandeira altista na CSNA3
Previamente eu estava esperando uma correção forte na CSNA3, que não aconteceu e eu só fiquei vendo os preços subirem.
Mas aparentemente está sendo formada uma bandeira altista e o romipendimento para cima pode significar boas oportunidades.
Especialistas costumam prever que o movimento após o rompimento seja de tamanho semelhante ao tamanho cdo movimento que levou até essa posição, e por esse motivo eu coloquei duas setas exatamente do mesmo tamanho.
É importante prestar atenção ao volume no rompimento. Um rompimento com um volume muito baixo pode indicar um falso rompimento.
Rompimento de Triângulo?CSNA3 Trabalhando acima das EMAs de 13 e 26 rompendo o triângulo simétrico indicando uma possível subida.
Projeção de ganhos bastante interessantes de cerca de 36% no alvo 1 e quase 100% no alvo 2! Ohh loco bicho!!
Como ela já deu uma esticada, o stop ficaria muito longo nos 9,25. Então, acho que vale um stop baseado no gerenciamento de risco na casa dos 9,74.
