A speculative play !I have mentioned this in some of my trade posts before that from time to time, I would take on some speculative plays but would ensure that it is a small % of my capital base and win or lose, I would not add on till I gather more financial intelligence on the company. Roblox is one of them that I am betting on! Some news ( here , here and here ) While its revenue is explosive this year, we need to know if moving forward with the vaccination now in place and countries are slowly opening up, would tweens still be glueing to this game ? What are their options ? What will the company do to attract this segment of the market ? The last article above throws some light that is worth investigating ! That is why I only allocate a small % to this company and would be watching it as it grows.......

My #tradingview Win-win-win covered calls & naked puts on $RBLX This is my new go-to this year for options trading, I own shares in $RBLX, so as the share price goes up, my shares benefit.... Also since options just released for Roblox, they are all over priced, so I'm selling covered calls that expire in 3 days and collecting $240 each call. Also in combination I'm selling a naked put expiring in 3 days at $65 (and I'm defs 100% ok owning RBLX at $65) for extra premium collecting.

Insane price - more than 2 of the largest publishers combined45bn makes it more expensive than Electronic Arts and Ubisoft combined. Look at the market cap! Look at revenue! Don't look at share price! Fundamentals matter, the industry matters, the competition matters! In no way does the fundamentals make sense for the market. Roblox 1.5bn revenue, EA 5.5bn/yr, Ubisoft 1.7bn/yr. Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc with a market cap of 18.984B, has the highest grossing game of all time , some of the greatest IP, many partnerships with sports . 3bn revenue/yr. I explained, Roblox is now a public company, to my brother, and he could buy it with his allowance, and he could be rich if the company gets more players... He plays roblox all the time. He said people will stop playing it in a couple years probably, and it's too hard to setup where as something like minecraft you can just play. A consistent game where you can code stuff, or you can just play. If you're a gamer and you've seen roblox, it's lesser of a game than Garry's mod. Minecraft sold for 2.5bn to Microsoft. Roblox being 45bn makes no sense. It's a single SKU business. At current prices, Roblox is a meme stock for boomers who know nothing about the industry, they just see their grand kids play the game and blind people who think the share price matters... I've seen a penny stock with a market cap of a bn, the company does literally nothing, people just see "oh it's a penny it will go up eventually]. Not looking at the Market Cap. That company just had a 7m share split, the split was 50x 70x 20000x.

Small Roblox Short OpportunityRoblox originally sold for $45. I am assuming that there are institutional and seasoned investors in this asset. This isn't just being pumped by wallstreetbets. There will be significant resistance at $90 as people begin to sell half of their RBLX holdings to eliminate their risk entirely (removing principle). If things go organically, I see no reason to not pick some shares back up at $60 to $70. This is a solid company after all. People can also choose to sell 3/4 of their stock at $67.50, but that would serve to be an excellent stop loss right now. Anyone who bought earlier today has the opportunity to make a 50% to 100% profit with a single day trade.
