Bitcoin Cash just broke it local support at 235 price levelHi guys, let's review the current situation on Bitcoin Cash. Bitcoin Cash just broke it local support at 235 price level and almost touched upper bound of 218-200 support area. As I indicated in my previous ideas I wait 200 price level after which there might be some correction phase. Before BCH will reach this level I don't expect any significant correction. ✴️ Bitcoin Cash Looks Better, Better; Moved First!The first data point to mind is that Bitcoin Cash moved first. Yes, it bottomed just as the rest of the market before mid-June but the bullish wave that ensued was many times stronger than the rest of the Altcoins. While Bitcoin Cash entered its bullish consolidation phase, many Altcoins followed and started to do the same (break bullish) but, not as strong as this pair. Now, Bitcoin Cash is looking good again and almost ready to move up. If it does, it gives us one of the greatest signal that the Altcoins market as a whole is ready to grow. Bitcoin Cash Technical Analysis We have a nice, classic, perfect falling wedge pattern already breaking bullish. Just notice the volume! Can you see it? How low it goes after BCHUSDT peaked. This tells us that this is not a bearish move nor strong correction, rather bullish consolidation before additional growth. Trading above all the moving averages we list (EMA10/21/50/100/200/300 & MA200). MACD bullish, RSI and all the rest. While things can change, another important data point is the fact that the bounce happened before hitting 0.5 Fib. (retracement). This means that the bulls are strong/bears are weak. If bears were stronger the drop would wick below this or other Fib. retracement levels. The fact that it reverses before hitting the level is a signal of strength. Now, will the correction become extended? Are we set for many more weeks of consolidation? I don't think so. The market will go quiet until people are bored and gone. CHART ANALYSIS:- Bitcoin cash (BCH) rose by as much as 5% to start the week, despite the wider market mostly trading lower. BCH/USD jumped to a peak of 242.29 earlier in today’s session, following an earlier low of 219.27. The move came after BCH briefly broke out of a support point at 220.00, with traders swooping in to buy the dip. Another catalyst to the surge appears to be the 14-day relative strength index (RSI) moving past a ceiling of 48.00. Currently, price strength is tracking at 49.48, which is marginally below the next point of resistance at 50.00. In the event this level is breached, there is a strong possibility that BCH could move towards 260.00. I have tried to bring the best possible outcome to this chart. Bitcoin Cash is trading in a narrow price rangeHi guys, let's review the current situation on Bitcoin Cash. Bitcoin Cash is traiding in a narrow price range between 260 and 235. It seems that it's found local support at 235 and from there it's trying to test 265 resistance but so far it didn't go higher 260 price. I don't think that BCH price will go significantly higher than 265 resistance area. Overall I'm bearish on Bitcoin Cash and still waiting its reaching 200 support level but it can take some time. How to trade it? Buy a successful breakout with a volume increase on 4h timeframe or wait for a backtest of the resistance in order to confirm it as a support.
