The Services division refers to the industrial construction and erection businesses as well as the transport and logistics businesses. The Industrial division engages in rock fragmentation, production and sale of grinding balls and wear parts for mining and industry, and the petrochemical sector. The Commercial & Automotives division focuses on machinery representation, distribution and rental companies, and the car distribution. The company was founded in 1960 and is headquartered in Las Condes, Chile.
