AG Anadolu Grubu Holding AS is a holding company, which engages in the management of its subsidiaries in the beverages, automotive and retail sectors. It operates through the following business segments: Automotive; Migros; Beer; Soft-Drinks; Energy and Industry; and Other. The Automotive segment includes passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, generators, spare and complimentary parts, and motor vehicle renting. The Energy and Industry segment includes stationery, restaurant management, tourism, electricity generation, and sale and real estate. The Other segment refers to the production and sale of information technology, trade, and commerce. The company was founded by Izzet Özilhan and Kamil Yazici in 1950 and is headquartered in Ümraniye, Turkey.
