Avrasya Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi AS (Avrasya Real Estate Investment Trust Inc), formerly Menkul Kiymetler Yatirim Ortakligi AS, is a Turkey-based investment trust. The Company’s main activity is to trade portfolio of capital market instruments, as well as gold and other precious metals traded on national, international or other organized over-the-counter markets, without controlling the capital and management of the partnerships, whose securities it purchases within the framework of the principles and rules determined by the related legislations. Its portfolio comprises Samsun Intercity Bus terminal, the 7th and 17th floors of Metrocity, Carsamba Intercity Bus Terminal and Havza Intercity Bus Terminal.
