ACN: ER This week. Stock had dropped post earnings the last few times. Also, the stock broke out of the ascending wedge the last time. Another ascending wedge has formed. Will it break up again? Usually ascending wedge breaks to the downside. The oscillators show heavy overbought conditions.
ACN Breakout TradeACN has been a strong uptrend on for the last 6 months. Prices are current consolidating between Darvas levels $145.75 and $148.60. In addition to the strong trend, the chart has a clear WAVE (34ema H/L/C) and Propulsion Dots.
Overall market trend is still up and with trend direction. Earnings will be report 12/21/17, so we will need to be aware of volatility and be prompt in taking profits.
I will play a breakout of the upper Darvas level at $146.70 to a measured move first target of $151.45.

Consolidation pattern on ACN ?I noticed this consolidation pattern on ACN.
First, I would like to state that I am extremely bullish as an investor on the company. However, this looks like a promising short term trading pattern.
The rough average of these consolidations since 2010 is 15%. A great return. Even the last two corrections (9.5% and 8.5%) were good.
For me there' are too much current uncertainty to neither go long or short but a bullish run up could constitute a short opportunity.
What is your point of view ?
Bullish SignsUsing technical analysis from the public library, we can see that this stock shows signs of becoming bullish. I belive in the next day or two it will rise. This is purely for "pseudo trading", I am just tossing some ideas.

ACN Long to the Resistance levelI am just starting to improve my knowledge and not at all advising to place any trades.
I think it is very good opportunity to go long since it has opened above the support line and also the technology has been consistently doing well.
A caution to take here would be that the following signal may be parallel to the current one before moving up, so a consolidation should be considered before entering
And finally, a good call should probably be at a break in either S/R, but hey, these are just my thoughts.
