-- Well, been keeping track as much as I can with how our global world is changing. While yes.... the world is experiencing recession and will continue into 2023 the world still needs power/energy. CoTerra is one of the companies that has a deal with the EU to make and deliver natural gas for the next 5yrs. The EU has currently capped the price of natural gas, which will apply downward pressure, but natural gas is still necessary unlike many other things in our general economy (consumer electronics, high end clothing and accessories, subscriptions, etc). People will still need food, energy, and transportation. I personally own CoTerra stock and have been buying around the $25-$28 range and am also looking at an LNG transportation company Energy Transport. ;) Also enjoy CoTerra's dividend of 0.68/share.
-- People will still need energy and natural gas is necessary in Europe due to their infrastructure. Some countries are starting up old coal plants and "pausing" the destruction of carbon energy plants, because Europe needs energy that badly. Even if natural gas goes cheap people will still need to buy it unlike many other things until renewables and nuclear can improve and catchup in the next decade.
