Wayfair is bullishUnsure of where we are in the pattern but this stock has completed a WXY correction with waves W:Y being 1:1. The pattern seems to be angling higher. Based on wave ratio, it is likely to hit at least 950 dollars over the next yr or so.

W facing headwinds with goods spending decliningW is facing serious headwinds with spending on goods declining rapidly as the economy opens up and services come back. Price action on W over the last few months has formed an almost perfect Wyckoff distribution pattern. We are now in Phase E, and there is a long way down.
WNothing too exciting here until it reclaims the 200 day moving average and back inside the triangle. This week I don't have any price/target ideas, but just analysis. Look for those two things and go from there to continue the pattern.
Sunday Prep 8/01 - $W LONGThinking any further panic flush down into the 223 area is a great spot to take a shot at this long. Monthly chart agrees with me.

Wayfair Long to End the Wild WeekW appears to be at low risk areas for a possible long as it finds itself at the lower range of a bullish ascending triangle pattern.
We of course want to play the breakout of this but in the meantime if the green trendline continues to hold, longs in this area could make for a good trade before the top of the triangle gets tested.
So far it is still holding.
The open of the new trading week on Monday will be telling. Keep an eye on the weekly of this to see if the opening candle of Wayfair next week opens above or below the trendline.
But as of now a long is not a bad idea with a stop loss at 299.16.
W big price movement incoming Price consolidation is almost complete. Will the bears or bulls take control?

Strong wick off $300 level as bulls pushed back.
Watching for push into gap fill to 320s or rejection at 310 to come back into $300 and below.
$W Need one more contraction to set up$W is back on my radar. Not going to add it to our TA Plot WL yet as I would like it to have a 4th tightening to set up the way I like it. So keeping an eye on it but not something I will buy next week. Waiting for that 4T to come in (see chart).

Don't get me wrong I love Wayfair, but I have to play both sides. I think this is forming a diamond top here and could crack out the bottom. However, it is a weekly cahrt It think it may bounce up one more time before cracking below. Let me know your thoughts. Diamond tops are tough.
