XPENG got punished It is pretty obvious for me that Xpeng, in absence of positive news will down to the support line 39/40, because it had a way too high speculative up trend. it has lost about 50% of gain now.
Now with all those FOMO trapped, one can only wait till new willing buyers coming in to push it higher, given few want to sell their shares.

This Chinese delisting is a non event to me as the time frame is 3 years so just short term noise to take advantage.

XPEV ideaOne hour chart tells the story pretty well. XPEV took off in Nov 2020 and created an upward trend channel (green).Since then it broke down from the channel on Dec 1st and on a downward channel. On Dec 4th price broke down below the purple uptrend line and should turn into overhead resistance. The blue 21 period EMA has crossed below green 50 period EMA. First attempt to break above .786 fib level has failed. Right now price is getting support at the bottom BB line. There is also a potential bullish divergence in RSI. Stochastics are curling up. So potentially a bounce is coming. I suspect price will try to break above the moving averages but will get hit with resistance at the mid BB, topside of the down channel and EMA 50, all converging at the same place. Target for downside is at the black trendline which is coming up around the demand zone at point of control and between .5 and .382 fib levels. There are also a couple of continuation gaps on the way up may act as a potential gap fill area. The measured move from the upward channel also comes around the same area. If the bounce sustains and price moves above 57.55, then downside potential subsides and upward trend will continue.
a sequential 13 buy on $XPEVI do think we are going to see a buying the dip action in the next 2 weeks.
