$INN: Block Inn - RWA micro cap playGN gents, I will be posting a series of interesting smaller projects that I've found as of late.
Starting with Block Inn, a interesting project with a solid chart in the real estate space. Let me break this down for you... 🧵
Looking at a 3-day chart, we can see that the trend is bullish since the last 2 bars, I included $0 as the lower bound using arithmetic scale to illustrate the magnitude of moves in a clearer way, that log scale can't quite capture.
If we compare the volatility of NYSE:INN to that of BITSTAMP:BTCUSD , we can see that it is 9 times as volatile, for reference I included the time expiration date that I forecasted for the Bitcoin and TOTAL market cap long term forecasts. This gives us an idea of how long the 'bull cycle' can be, time wise. Bitcoin's target is $195k, if we get a move that is larger in magnitude, we can expect a 22x run from here if things go perfectly for this project.
Naturally, as this is a smaller coin, you should consider using a size small enough to tolerate losses if things don't go as planned. But if you can squeeze a 22x run out of it, even a small position can have a big impact in your returns.
This is why, experienced speculators could find it interesting to have a few small positions with huge potential but also bigger risk, with 5-10% of the crypto portfolio.
