Buy & Hold PalantirNYSE:PLTR *This is a long term investment idea* It's not a bad idea to start buying (& holding) Palantir down here. With all the geopolitical tension in the world at the moment, the demand for their services should keep growing for the foreseeable future. They have a stable stream of revenue from government contracts, along with a growing commercial business that should bolster their revenues. Hence, their ever growing quarterly revenue numbers. (Screenshot below) Technically speaking; momentum has been building bullish divergence for quite some time now. At the moment, price is within the bottom range of the arcs, and has exited the yellow pitchfork without reaching it's median line. (Hagopian Gap) I'm thinking that price should start climbing soon. In the long term, I think price will eventually get back to the all time highs at $45. Over the next few years, I'm thinking that a retracement to the 0.50 or 0.618 Fibonacci levels is likely. ($25 - $30) I'm adding some PLTR to my retirement account this week. I also plan to purchase some LEAPS in my trading account in three stages. Positive Momentum Breakout Weekly close above "Long-Confirmation A" Weekly close above "Long-Confirmation B" Fat_Fat

$PLTR | Overbought & DivergenceWith PLTR we see several items that could be a signal for a potential reversal finally. We see a broken upper Bollinger Band multiple times as well as bearish divergence near this top. Also a gap back down below short term support (highlighted by the blue line). Even though I have the next spot for support marked, we could be looking at a "SOFT" landing around $7.94 area due to the respect of the 20MA. I previously took out PUT contracts on PLTR around the first break of the Bollinger Band so this is definite relief.

PLTR: Broke out of year and half long trendZooming out is the best way to get an idea of general a stocks direction. On the day of the 700+ million dollar contract with the US army, volume spiked, which gave momentum to push past a year and a half long resistance. Given this, it looks as though we MAY see a trend reversal (idk I'm not a pro - I've only been analyzing stock patterns for 3 years on and off for fun). The earnings this coming quarter may be another catalyst for more upward movement. We're looking at break out from a very large falling wedge. We also have one confirmed retest on top of resistance. Mid-long term price target according to the distance between support and resistance is 25-30 *Not trading advice. Just sharing what I see.

PLTR: Long entry with low riskLooking like a contracting leading diagonal wave 1 followed by a deep wave 2. We have a bullish divergence on RSI on daily time frame. The Friday's low will most likely be tested next week. I will be looking for a long entry in the box area if price comes down there. Stop loss will be pretty tight, below the May low. Take profit areas will be determined after the uptrend takes hold. First area will be at the previous top 11.55 area. General market is very bearish, so we will see if this works out. Still a fan of this stock. Not financial advice.
