With the paydown of the term loan, the company is now free of any outstanding debt but continues to have availability under its senior secured revolving credit facility, which remains fully undrawn at this point. - Official termination of ‘At-the-Market’ Equity Offering Program - Strong Q4 preliminary financial performance with expected revenues between $170 million and $176 million - Expected revenue reflects strong organic growth exceeding 20% in both Healthcare and Industrial business units on a consecutive quarter basis. Essentially debt-free now, and free to focus on its two core 3D printer making businesses (industrial and healthcare), the company also noted that in addition to the better-than-expected sales, it is likely to report anywhere from $11 million to $19 million in pro forma profit for Q4. $DDD: $10 Short + High Risk Long3D Systems is one of those companies that have potential in regards to their long standing history. Also, the earnings call does have positive potential given the demand for their expertise in these critical times. Please keep in mind, not to take anything I say seriously or at face value as financial advice. That being said, let us get into some key points. 3D systems have had a new CEO in 2016, after far negative spirals and correlations in their price. It has been 4 years, and if you have invested in 2016's price, you would have lost money by now. A short target for $10 is realistic, but even that has risk. A long hold could have some bullish potential, but I'm not sure I would recommend that with so much risk when there are lots of high growth stocks out there. Only time would tell.
