The fund complies with the regulated investment companies (RIC) limits under the current US Internal Revenue Code, wherein no single issuer can exceed 25% of the index weight, and all issuers with weights above 5% do not cumulatively exceed 50% of the index weight. ECH uses a representative sampling strategy that holds a portfolio that has similar profile as the underlying index, this index is rebalanced quarterly starting each February.
