Short term Bearish? I am really curious for feedback on this one. It has been overbought on the daily for almost a month. It has it's dips, but then it rebounds higher.
I keep thinking we will see a 10% pullback and it just hasn't happened yet. I also just detected a bearish divergence on the RSI divergence indicator.
And, it could be as stretch, but it seems like volume has been on a steady decline too which CAN indicate a trend reversal...
I have 2 puts in play here.
1- $101 strike by 7/23
2- $102 strike by 7/30
I'd love feedback from an expert.

NET looks strong Had follow through after breaking out of flag. Now against high. If it can close above that can see continuation. If not it can end up as double top and chop around through summer.

Net looking very bullish for new ATH. Keep an eye out for this one. NET is getting ready to make new ATH and its showing a bullish flag formation and still within the channel. this could possibly be an easy CALL option specially since it has an implied move toward 100 or more. a break above the line will confirm. enter at backtest and im buying the 90C exp 7/16 which is only 3.35 per contract. This is not an alert nor have i got a position. It is the option I am looking at if it receive further confirmation.
Buying zone before earnings at around 60I think that NET will go sideways for now and will be dumped before earnings, good buying zone will be at ~60 before earnings.

$NET Breaks Above Recent ResistanceI had an alert set on this to see if it could break the recent line of resistance. It has and it's done it with lots of volume. You can see my entry and stop just below that line. I'll add if it holds the 50 day line with conviction. Ideas, not investing / trading advice.
NET on watchMassive move today. Would love to get this on a pull back to the green box, but may not get a chance. I have another alert set at todays high. A break of the high could get us up to 82.20.

If you use options to trade high IV stocks it is crucial to wait for some consolidation or a pull back.
If you buy an option when price is stretched you will find that even when the instrument trades in your
direction you will lose money because you will have paid too much premium.
