GME would squeeze, and money would be piling up around GameStop. They would then also be holding a significant position in a company with a unique tech product which has great future potential.

WOLF Who is still here for this ticker?WOLF I refuse to believe the executive officers in the Company would be so silent towards investors, constantly re-assure their customers that they're "going nowhere", and have plenty other options than CH11, and then yet still choose to go for CH11 bankruptcy.Nuh-uh bro. There's no way they could be so cynical. They're hiring executive personnel at the same time, even. We all know CH11 should be a very last resort for a failing company. It comes behind options like restructuring debt, refinancing, emission of shares, reverse splits etc.
It's not something you do to keep Apollo happy. It's something you do if there's literally no other option left.
The Company has a primary responsibility which is to protect shareholder value and that's what they'll do.
If they do voluntarily go for CH11 even though we all know they could easily just buy up all their own shares and squeeze the motherfuggers, raking in profit themselves, I will never be investing in them again.
It would be a major deal breaker if they just up and shīt on current shareholders and should be a giant red flag for any future investors.
