Stock P/E Ratio trending higher yet but company is the global leader in its segment and management is to expert and experienced and QIBs increasing its stake in this stock and company showed the good result of the last Q2 FY23-24. SO according my view and analysis we can add it in our portfolio slowly slowly means BUY AS MUCH AS DROP the price.

Tata Elxsi provides design and technology services to various companies across sectors like Automotive, Broadcast, Communication, Healthcare and Transportation. Company is also helping customers reimagine their products and services through design and digital technologies such as Internet of things, Cloud, Mobility, Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence. CMP of the stock is 6201. Negatives of the company are High valuation (P.E.= 54.1) and FIIs and MFs are decreasing stake. Positives of the company is Zero promoter pledge, no debt, improving quarterly net profit and improving annual net profit. Entry in the stock can be taken after closing above 6269 levels. The targets will be 6382, 6513 and 6612. Long term target in the stock will be 6739 and 6800+. The stock is a long term investment idea. Stop loss should be maintained at Monthly closing below 5721.

1. In Weekly time frame, If we draw GANN Resistance Fan taking low of 16 March 2020 and place 0.618 line on highest price . You see almost perfect price alignment on Gann fan lines
2. Daily bullish divergence on RSI & MFI. Retest of 5900 is possible, followed by rebound to test 6000 - 6150 Rs. This could be speculative PA and not FA driven.

1. Price is testing 0.25 line, and may go retest 0 line i.e. Price could range between 6200 - 5900 Rs
2. Sell Volume on resistance has been more than 30 Day MA volume trend

4. Plus price is consistently rejected/held below 50 EMA band = Downtrend/Bearish indication
6. Market Cap/Sales is below Median value 13.8
