TATAELXSI is near support line of channel patternNSE:TATAELXSI large cap IT stock is near the support of channel pattern formed since 2021-04-01 Pros: Consistent increase in Revenue and Profit Zero net debt, very low debt to asset ratio Consistent dividend payer Cons: Trading at very high PE ratio. Short term : For short term gains, buy at channel bounce around 8700 and above and exit at 20% gains. Long term : Since the channel is formed for 1.5 years, higher gains can be obtained in long term by accumulating more at lower levels. Buy around 8200 and more at lower levels. Exit can be near the resistance reversal or after breakout (if any). This can nearly provide 50% for full up move. Key note : Always follow proper risk management to avoid losing capital from false breakouts as this is common. Caution : This is a knowledge sharing analysis, not a call. TATAELXSI Looks good for positional trade.Aim for 5-8%. It can be easily achievable in 1-3 days. My belief is to choose high winning probability trade with a risk-reward ratio going from 1:1 to 1:2. The reason for booking profit of only 5-8% is because the market direction is not sure at this point. So better to aim for 1:1 risk-reward and rotate your money in better opportunities. Tata ELXSIPerfectly moving in a channel since new year break out happend 20 sep21 and sustained above channel for a month then market went down so Tata elxsi, however again took support of upper trend line of channel from February on 8 nov and this week retested the same, as per DMI last buying level given in may2020. Still quite away from ema20, however have been following ema9, current analysis indicates may go sideways for couple of days before it starts rally upwards and make new high. Anytime if reaches around 5866 would be a great buy.else need to wait until forms green candle with ema9 support, can go long on that level.
