For now, the accumulation phase has ended. It was good while it lasted for those latecomers who wanted a fair shot. Not for those who bought at the top with no conviction. Be careful out there and check my last post for the short term wave structure out of the bottoming pattern on BTC.

Bitcoin is no longer the optimal investmentSo I figure that during a time of hyper inflationary currencies, it would be best to compare bitcoin to a basket of stocks. Asset vs Asset. this is what we have as a chart when we do that. We can see it is down trending vs other assets. Even though it is going up in USD terms, we could argue everything is, including my bag of potatoes. I think bitcoin WAS the better investment in 2019-2020, but will not be for the medium term future. Once again, this does not mean it will not go up in terms of USD, only that it will lag in comparison to other assets.

BTC potential longBTC is in a channel and has hit the bottom of the channel. and its macro trendline. has found support and is at the 0.5 fib area. so this area I consider a good area to long but at the moment there is not enough signal to buy. i marked the area in blue from the first leg up and marked the area in the macd in blue to show a inverse head and shoulders showing divergence as a previous signal for a reversal but in the present moment that pattern has not form in the macd. also the volume i marked in red shows low volume just before a big green bar to give a another signal for a reversal to the upside, right now it is in a good buy zone. possibly a double bottom forming. just need a divergence on the macd forming a head and shoulders on the macd histogram and showing low volume along with a big green bar to signal a buy.
