Bitcoin Sell SetupBitcoin failed to close above its all-time high and only managed to close outside my shaded blue box once, indicating a lack of willingness to push higher at this time. From a technical perspective, the SMT divergence between Bitcoin and Ethereum showed weakness, as ETH couldn't even approach its all-time high. Now, I'm watching to see if the inversion daily FVG sends the price lower toward the sellside. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if Bitcoin suddenly spikes to 79K—so be cautious when going long, guys!

Let's take a look at the situation using technical and fundamental analysis. 1. Current Situation: consolidation after growth The daily chart of BINANCE:BTCUSDT shows that after the rapid growth since October 2024, the price reached the area of 106,000 USDT, but could not stay above it. Bitcoin is now consolidating in the range of 95,000 - 106,000 USDT, indicating a redistribution of liquidity. The global trend remains bullish — lows and highs continue to rise. Accumulation phase — high volatility in the range may be preparation for a new move. Volumes are declining — indicating either a decline in buyer interest or a lull before momentum. However, current movements show that the market has encountered resistance and is not showing clear strength. 2. Signs of a weakening trend Even though the global trend is bullish, the current dynamics of BTC are a bit concerning: Lack of a confident breakdown of 106,000 USDT - BTC tested this level, but each time it rolled back down. False upside breakouts with sharp pullbacks - this could indicate some bullish weakness. Decreasing volumes on bounces are a sign of less activity from buyers. If BTC consolidates below 95,000 USDT, it might signal a potential reversal and the start of a deeper correction. 3. Priority scenario: high probability of correction Right now, it looks like BTC might be facing a bit of a slowdown at the 100,000 - 105,000 USDT levels. This could potentially lead to a slight dip, but nothing to worry about just yet. If we see a bit of a pullback below 95,000 USDT, it might be a sign that things are heading towards the 88,000 - 90,000 USDT range. And, just a heads up, there's a chance that some institutional profit-taking might be adding a bit of pressure. It's also important to note that a rise in open interest in futures without spot market support is a worrying signal. 4. What could change the scenario? If BTC breaks 105,000 USDT with strong volume and then consolidates above that level, it could mean more upside for us. 5. Here are some fundamental factors that might point to a correction: The Fed isn't cutting rates yet, which is keeping the growth of risky assets in check. Large players are focusing on maximizing their profits, and there are signs of selling on hayahs. There's a lack of drivers for impulsive growth, so the market is waiting for new triggers. 6. Here's an alternative bullish scenario: If BTC holds above 95,000 USDT and breaks through 105,000 USDT with volumes, it could open up the path to 110,000 - 115,000 USDT. So, what does this all mean? $BTC MACD on weekly show a bearish trend. Read.You can see on the chart that in May 2024 I issued a warning, and look at what happened over the next five months. The same pattern is repeating now, and there’s a high probability we’ll see a similar result. Back in May 2024, the usual crowd—MMCrypto, That Martini Guy, Ash, Crypto Rover, etc.—were all saying things like, “We’re going to 110k,” “To the moon,” or “A huge bullish breakout is coming.” What did we actually get? Five months of consolidation and an -80% drop for most altcoins. So consider this a warning. The MACD on the weekly chart is a reliable indicator of the trend. Exchanges aren’t going to go against the trend. Even if there’s a ton of liquidity at 107k, they won’t risk buying billions worth of Bitcoin just to get wrecked by the prevailing trend and be forced to sell at a lower price than they purchased. Those pointing to the liquidity map at 107k are missing the point. Exchanges take the easier path. Going from 97k to 107k is plausible in an uptrend, but in a downtrend? No chance. What to Expect Now? Since this chart is on the weekly timeframe, there will be daily bounces. Some altcoins may see 10-20% gains if you time the bottom and top correctly. However, for holders, this is not a good time to hold. Is Invalidation Possible? Yes, but consider this: they’ve tried to break the trend five times and failed. The chance of a reversal now is about 1 in 9. It’s possible, but unlikely. Key Support Levels Support levels to watch are 95k, 91k, 85k, and 70k. While we might not drop as low as 70k, it’s better to be prepared. What’s Next? By May 2025, we’ll likely reach the end of this bearish trend, followed by a one-month altseason and a big BTC pump. However, starting in July 2025, we’re likely to face another five months of bearish consolidation. Bitcoin will dump to $86500You must be thinking this guy is crazy based on that title. But am just gonna show you this simple analysis. Its monthly timeframe. Market behavior have occurs in 3 ways. Impulse, Correction and continuation. Bitcoin right now seems to be starting its corrective phase before next continuation followed by impulse. I highlighted in yellow circle just to show you how the correct phase looks on the monthly so you can see the similarity. Now the demand for bitcoin is strong so when it corrects on the monthly usually doesn't correct too deep. It normally retraces to fib 38.2. As of yet it hasn't retrace to the 38.2 fib level yet which is around $86500.. I don't think I need any additional confluences, on lower timeframes price structure its slowly confirming this is where the market will likely go. So buckle up and don't be surprise. And of-course don't come for me if it doesn't play out, anything can happen we talking probability here. Its not favorable to invest at a high. Better to buy low and sell high. This correction could take a few months or it could happen very quickly days to weeks.

Last Point of Support (LPS): As the distribution phase nears its end, there might be one or more rallies that fail to reach new highs, signaling that the distribution is almost complete. Downside Break: The final confirmation that distribution is over, leading to the markdown phase where the price falls more decisively. Wyckoff's Principles During Distribution: Supply and Demand: Wyckoff emphasizes that price movements result from the balance between supply and demand. In distribution, demand is diminishing, and supply is increasing. Effort vs. Result: Analysts look at the volume (effort) against price movement (result). In distribution, higher volumes might not lead to significant price increases, signaling underlying weakness. Cause and Effect: The length and nature of the distribution phase (cause) predict the potential extent of the subsequent markdown (effect). Use in Trading: Traders using the Wyckoff method will look for these signs to sell or short stocks, anticipating a price drop. They might also use this phase to adjust stop-losses or take profits from long positions. It requires careful analysis of price, volume, and market context, often combined with other technical indicators to confirm signals.
