BTCUSDT Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon may plead guilty in a U.S. fraud case over the $40 billion collapse of the TerraUSD stablecoin in 2022. U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer has set a change-of-plea hearing for Tuesday and asked Kwon to be ready to explain his conduct. His lawyer did not respond to a request for comment.
