The Natural Gas Distribution delivers from a distribution substation through networks, delivering the gas to each user, covering the household, commercial, industrial and vehicular markets. The Electricity Distribution segment refers to energy supply service from a distribution substation towards the users, covering the household, and commercial and industrial markets. The Other Activities and Services segment consists of engineering, rentals, and activities related to the electric power and natural gas services. The company was founded in 1896 and is headquartered in Bogota, Colombia.
