PLTR/USD Daily TA Cautiously BullishPLTR/USD Daily cautiously bullish. *It's become rather apparent that even after an 85% drop from its ATH, investors still aren't done selling . Taking a closer look at their financials and it's clear that they are a tech growth company that intends to be here for a while but face the reality that they may be operating in a high interest rate environment for a year or more. Financials summary: negative income since going public due to arguably egregious spending on Selling/General/Admin Expenses (that exceed Gross Profit which is $1.20b); Shareholder Equity is at $3.32b as of Q1 2022 and they have maintained minimal debt since IPO; lastly, they started producing Free Cash Flow last year in their fourth year being publicly traded and continued to do so in Q1 2022. So even though they have a healthy balance sheet and are generating positive cash flow, growth companies are often faded in favor of value companies in rising/higher interest rate environments, which helps to explain a lot of the negative sentiment.* Recommended ratio: 65% PLTR, 35% cash. Price is currently retesting $8.52 minor resistance after bouncing from the lower trendline of the descending channel from November 2020. Volume remains moderate (low) and fairly balanced between buyers and sellers as of late but is currently favoring buyers for two consecutive sessions. Parabolic SAR flips bearish at $7.13, this margin is neutral at the moment. RSI is currently trending up at 42.48 but is still technically testing the uptrend line from 01/27/22 as resistance at ~40; if it can continue surging, the next resistance is at 46.81. Stochastic crossed over bullish in today's session and is currently trending up slightly at 93 as it tests 89.92 resistance; the next resistance is max top. MACD remains bullish and is currently trending up at -0.90 as it quickly approaches -0.81 resistance. ADX is currently trending down slightly at 39 as Price is attempting to establish a short term bottom, this is mildly bullish. If Price is able to break out above $8.52 minor resistance, the next likely target is a test of $10.44 minor resistance. However, if it gets rejected here then it will likely retest the lower trendline of the descending channel from November 2020 as support at ~$7.31 before potentially heading lower. Mental Stop Loss: (two consecutive closes below) $7.39.

PLTR: continued opportunities to go longPalantir will not do well in this style market. Let's be frank, it did not do well at the end of the bull market since it IPOd. Chalked up to a classic misunderstood public company - politically, it's got a CEO and creator on opposite ends of the political spectrum, something this country cannot understand - yet something to behold for those that want a strengthened, bipartisan democracy. Folks are unclear where it derives it's revenue from - is it reliant solely on government? If so, were told it's not enough, and commercial revenue is not growing fast enough in case they do loose government contracts. Is it reliant on commercial contracts? If so, were told it's not growing fast enough, and the steady government contracts won't sustain their growth. Palantir can't seemingly do anything right according to wallstreet, yet they've grown over 35% YoY? if you're like me, and you've done your due diligence for this company - you understand it's ability to obtain and retain clients for it's well designed, efficient and capable bespoke software. With your strong conviction, you feel smething's not right. If you're like me you can also see the writing is on the wall for companies like Palantir, that are so misunderstood. That they can't possibly thrive in any market (without hype - as we saw in it's early IPO stages thanks to Cathy Wood). That unless, on paper, they can show without a reasonable doubt, that money talks. And by then it would have been too late for most people to invest and make a reasonable return. I see further sideways or downward movement as we continue to travel down our bear channel. To me I just see more opportunities for leap contracts and going long. Palantir, a real reason to be bullish (for once)Ask any PLTR shareholder what bothered them most in 2021 and almost all of them will yell in unison - "SHARES BASED COMPENSATION!" They have a right to be upset. Nearly a billion extra shares hit the public float as company execs effectively flooded the market with them for pretty much the entire year. I can't necessarily blame them, as they were likely options that had to be exercised by a certain date and it's just part of how growing companies have to lure in new talent- offering stock. Nonetheless, LOTS of people are quite jaded by the whole ordeal. It doesn't make you feel great as a shareholder to know that the company execs are raking in tens of millions of dollars while simultaneously diluting your share value. Well, here we have the first evidence I have found that not only has that subsided - it reversed! I am short term bullish PLTR to close the highlighted gap, but I am also thinking about putting in a longer term stake based on this finding. We can use all sorts of indicators, trend lines, patterns, etc to prove or disprove a belief in this polarizing stock Palantir..... but this is perhaps the single most important bullish "indicator" I have found. I truly believe if this trend keeps up Palantir has almost certainly already put in a long term bottom and accumulation has already began. With that being said, keep your stop losses tight if you're a trader and rather loose if you have a horizon of 1+ years. I can't fully get on board almost any individual security right now until I have more confidence in the macro indexes which are being battered with bad news from all sides. But when I do flip to full-bull, PLTR will be one of the first stocks I'm going to load up on.

PLTR - The case of Tiny Gold Nuggets NYSE:PLTR Did you see that May 12-May 13th price action? Did you catch the bottom? News: I'm sure Russia or the war and the need for intelligence had nothing to do with the most recent bullish price action. As a matter of fact, PLTR failed earnings again! Charts: EMA ( Exponential Moving Average ): Well, like most stock, the EMAs are inverted. But, the most recent price action popped above the 200 EMA. TTM Squeeze: Hmm... Was May 12trh the bottom we've been looking for? TTM is squeezing upwards. Fib Levels: The price is right between 1 and .786. This is not an entry indicator for a swing trader but for longterm trader it's enough for a discount purchase. It's best to mostly wait for the cross and hold above .618 fib. Candle Stick: Piercing or bullish engulfing pattern.The opposite pattern of three black crows is three white soldiers, which indicates a reversal of a downtrend. hmm... I don't like the use of black/white. haha RSI: Went as low as 15.98 and currently at 31. Hmmm, this is looks like a great opportunity. Pattern: We didn't get the double bottom pattern we initial wanted but this rising wedge is very tempting. History: See related ideas below.

PLTR/USD Daily TA Neutral BearishPLTR/USD Daily neutral with a bearish bias. Recommended ratio: 45% PLTR, 55% cash. Price established a new ATL at $6.48 and is technically still testing the lower trendline of the descending channel from November 2020 ($7.88) as support. Volume remains high and favored buyers in today's session, ending a five day streak of seller dominance. Parabolic SAR flips bullish at $8.84, this is mildly bullish. RSI remains oversold and is currently trending up at 28.60 (after bouncing from 22.30) as it approaches a test of 33.59 resistance. Stochastic crossed over bullish in today's session (after bouncing from max bottom) and is currently trending up at 10; the next resistance is at 33.59. MACD remains bearish after breaking down below -0.81 support and is currently trending down at -1.34 as it approaches the ATL at -1.85. ADX is trending up at 37.50 as Price continues to fall, this is bearish. If Price is able to defend the lower trendline of the descending channel from November 2020 at $7.88 as support, the next likely target is a test of $8.52 minor resistance. However, if Price continues to fall here, then the next psychological support level is at $5. Mental Stop Loss: (two consecutive closes above) $7.88.

Palantir, and why the problem isn't necessarily themselves.I present for you four stocks over the last month. They are Palantir, Snowflake, Splunk, and Alteryx. I am writing this because it's en vogue the last 24 hours to pile on Palantir......and why not? Mr. Market has provides them with a first class ass whooping! But this isn't the whole story and some people aren't taking the time to step back and look at the sector at large. Very similar patterns emerge for these nearby competitors (Palantir is actually difficult to find direct competitors, in my opinion, because it's in a very unique space... for now). Anyhow, the chart speaks for itself. Can you tell the difference between them? I couldn't. My point is that Palantir doesn't deserve to be singled out or ostracized any more or less than the rest on this list during the current market environment. Yes they "missed" on earnings. So what? Does Mr. Market really seem to care right now about earnings? Last time I checked, Apple destroyed theirs. Look where it's gotten them. With that being said, I fully expect the comments to fill up with lots of: "Palantir is garbage dude I told everyone this would happen with this piece of crap company".. Or the exact polar opposite... "This is the greatest time to buy Palantir EVER! I'm taking out a mortgage on my house to buy as much as I can!". I like the company, personally, and so long as the insider selling stays at bay I think the bottom is nearing. And if you're an insider, would YOU be selling right now?! Ha! Let the great debate begin!

Market Punishing Palantir Palantir $PLTR earnings came in significantly below expectations, missing by >44.5% while revenue was slightly above projection, beating estimates by nearly $3 mil (+0.66%). The market immediately reacted with PLTR losing > -27%. Risk-off environment. Unprofitable, risk-on tech-oriented speculative equities are being punished in a tightening fiscal environment. Current trend, down 84% from ATH in Jan 2021. Next fib below current price & ATH is 0.118, giving a PT of $2.87 at next earnings.

Palantir ( PLTR 1D) - Bearish short term scenario Hi Fellows, This is my Idea of BEARish scenario for Palantir. From the view of TA its almost clear. But we have to wait for Earnings report to be release this tuesday 9/11/21. BTW: Im big Bull on Palantir for long term but want buy with best entry price ;) On the chart you can see strange overlaping what I think could be abc corrective wave and one more impulsive wave down (made of 5 subwaves) will come. First subwave of that impulsive wave is probably there. I will make and post also a chart of possible BULLish scenario. ;) Trade safe and enoy the ride.

Palantir - It's time to call a turd a turd.I love me some Palantir. Seriously. But it's becoming rather obvious there are far more people who disagree with me than agree with me. The charts show this clearly. As you can see on the latest bearish pattern (there are no shortage of these for PLTR, by the way) that there is a rather clear ascending triangle pattern. This is to be considered a continuation pattern, and sure enough it continued downward. I took the height of the pattern and projected it downward and arrived at about $9.13. The all time low close is very close to this around $9.03. There is almost zero reason to think that the price won't continue descending to these points. The latest earnings report had some bad mojo in some spots, but overall I was pretty pleased with it..... other than Alex Karp isn't a very good orator and is very difficult to follow. Mr. Market wasn't happy with the report. At all. Mr. Market seems to hate a LOT of things right now. Until he turns less grumpy I don't think there is any reason to go long on almost anything. Seriously. Once the macro headwinds turn into tailwinds, I fully expect PLTR to rebound strongly and outpace the indexes themselves as it returns back to $25-$28. When will this happen? No idea, but we're almost certainly going to have to wait at least another 3 months. It's the bulls turn to go into hibernation and wait for the bears to finish with their temper tantrum. If you have a very long timeline, say 5+ years, you can buy PLTR at almost any price right now and you'll come out way ahead. I think institutions are already piling into this thing, but they don't chase price - they wait for it to come to them. So as it continues to descend I expect more and more will be bought up (accumulation) as the institutions replenish their cupboards. Then there will be a "test" of the low.....as they test out market conditions. Eventually they'll control enough inventory as all of the selling pressure will have been absorbed, and there's only one way left to go. This is the classic "weak hands transferring to strong hands" scenario and the pros are very good at it. There may be a dramatic short squeeze along the way where price skyrockets irrationally, but I don't think there's any chance of that happening until we have hit $9.00 and shorts start to take profits. For the immediate/near term, assume any bullish rebounds will be sold off and flag back downward as has happened countless times now.

PLTR - Heading To $5Continuing from previous thread but back to looking at EW and its now clear the bounce was corrective and the dominant trend appears to have returned with strength to the downside in tandem with indexes falling. For that reason I now think PLTR can be in a wave 5 as shown on the chart. Now looking at weekly chart there has been a strong rejection off the Bollinger Band basis line and currently an upper wicked bearish engulfing is printing with 2 days to go. On the daily the gap down shows team impulse is very much to the downside yet again and now the bounce looks very corrective in comparison. Its still not impossible that there could be another UT UpThrust leg up but with so much downside momentum it seems unlikely. Price will most likely push through the basis line shortly and prove the bearish trend. I've approximated wave 5 will conclude in September using the trend based Fibonacci time tool. The previous wave that I now think was a wave 3 reversed into wave 4 close to 1:1.618, and now this wave 5 I think may have a sharper trajectory that would pull price down below the trend channel and if correct will more likely see close to a 1:1 time extension that would complete in September. I've opened May and September ATM puts with delta above 0.5. This is a name I like and hopefully I can buy back my puts then sell leap puts at the lows with high IV. See you at $5. Not advice.

PLTR - Main engines, full power!Since our last analysis, Palantir NYSE:PLTR has established a strong upward movement and was able to break above the last high at 12.52$. Thus, our expectations of new lows have been downgraded and we have changed our chart to a more bullish expectation. We will continue to announce long signals whenever we see possible opportunities so stay updated and subscribe! This breakout gave us reason to believe that the big correction in Palantir could already be over, this means that we are going to build bullish structures in the future. In our last article "The End of the correction is near" which was published on Feb 14, 2022, we informed our subscribers that we have opened up long positions at the price of 12.53$. We have put the relevant elliot waves on the chart, which will be of importance in the coming weeks. It is also worth mentioning that the selling volume is almost completely exhausted on a weekly basis and the MACD is very close to a major cross . These two developments are marked on the chart below. Technical explanation of the elliot wave structure: Since the last low at $9.78, the price has made a remarkable rally and has increased almost +28% to $12.52 as part of wave (i). After that, the stock suffered a sell-off, which in turn provided the foundation for wave (ii). The share has since risen sharply again and we assume that we are in an impulsive wave (iii), the minimum target of this movement is at $14.71. After that, a short correction will take place within the wave (iv) and after this we will enter wave (v) towards 1$6. Investors who are familiar with elliot waves know that after this impulse another large 1-2 setup will follow. This means that the price will suffer a correction again which will lead us back to the region of $13-$12, this again sets the foundation for long-term increases. More precise price targets for wave 2 can only be named in the coming weeks. There is a slight risk that we could break below the last support at $10.28. This support is very important for maintaining the upwards movement, if we should break below this support, we could suffer another correction which would lead Palantir back to prices under $9. This scenario however is unlikely, and we would inform subscribers about possible changes in our expectations. We will of course inform our subscribers about this correction and possible LONG entries. Keep in mind that this is a buy and hold position - unleveraged and without a stop-loss.
