TEL: 4.88 Target Is Reasonable; High Risk LongTelefonica seems to have position for another wave breakout or some sort of bullish run. Again, don't take what I say seriously or at face value (as always), this is an opinion basis. That being said, let us get into my analysis. Looking at a long position target, you could see the 4.88 target range as feasible going into the upcoming years, or some sort of +15% growth potential as a conservative estimate. Some targets are even looking into the post $6 to $7 range quite soon, and it does look like it already passed most of its bottoming up period. The market capitalization of Telefonica is also huge, and that isn't really easy to all go away. Points like this, should make it a good stock pick. However, the problem lies on the fact that it is very high risk at the moment given its past negative correlations performance and how investors may react.

Telefonica has subscribers in Europe and Latin American. Overall they have 360M customers and over 120K employees. The company has been in business for over 95 years, founded back in 1924 in Madrid. Stock Analysis The stock has reached 52-week low Earnings per share are reasonably stable Margin of Safety looks good to me The last time we had this stock price was around 2002 Earnings Analysis Earning Yield is approximately between 7% and 9% Last year earnings higher than average EPS Dividend payout per share = 67% of EPS Financials 2018 Operating Profit higher than the previous 4 years Long-term debt to Capital ratio stable Good luck. Modo correctivo a la caídaDejo actualizada la gráfica de TEF sobre la idea planteada este finde en la brecha elástica de Rankia. Por fin Telefónica rompe la bajista que viene desde máximos de junio y tenemos a la vista "el recorrido mínimo" que debería realizar hasta el objetivo de los 9,25 euros (38% de retroceso). Hoy podría apoyarse en el nivel de los 9,012 euros y de ahí salir hacia arriba. Ojo, sigo con la idea de que todo esto es correctivo a la 2ª parte de la bajada. El mínimo del ascenso pasaría al día 14 para luego caer hacia su 62% (los 8,733 euros).
