Could ProShares Split Again Soon? So far, it hasn't spent much time below 0, but that could change very quickly here. If TQQQ falls under $30 any time soon, ProShares will be forced to consider another split in record time.

TQQQ could be a KANG in time! When the whole market is looking to make their way to the down side....the hopium chart projections is where the fun is at!
Will take a little bit of patience for a nice entry to ride up. The closer we get down to the $15-$20 range will be able to see things a bit more clearly on when we could be seeing pivot back up. I feel like making it down to it's C19 low is of course on the probability list for its 3 bottom touches...
Wedge/Inverted H&S/Channel continues downToo many options right now to enter, need to wait for this to mature.
I would say we most likely wedge out and long from there.
TQQQ , LONGBasis is 50 SMA takeback and close above , was a hard decision to whether to place stop under todays low or vs 21 ema . But wouldn't be surprised to see some chop and a rejection attempt , so I decided to keep the risk to account unchanged but lower stop location . This is dedicated TQQQ accounts first trade of the year .
Decided to give the stop a bit more room and go with the ema stop instead of lod .

NASDAQ & TQQQLooks like the market run up this morning is loosing steam.. the market is consolidating and would expect to give up some gains before improving towards the end of the day. Dow and S&P are both in the green but a lot more timid. Will wait for the MACD to cross before getting back with longs.
Would expect NDQ to oscillate between 14,750 to 15,250 (support and resistance respectively).The rally today driven by Tesla and Twitter news. We will need more conviction in broader range of stocks and indexes before risk-on push will seem sustainable. The 2y10y yield remains inverted, which will dampen more Dow and S&P than NASDAQ.

ProShares split all ETFs w/ 3wks notice This is TQQQ-SQQQ chart.
I warned of the ProShares split, and it got little mention in the news since the announcement. This is one of the most popular ETF companies in the NYSE, with $550bn in ETFs. This is a big deal. They decided to split ALL ETFs, on short notice (3 weeks) , right before the biggest pullback since covid? Impeccable timing or what? The norm for announcement-to-split is 2-3 months out, but they split within 3 weeks!?
For example, AMZN recently announced a 5/27 split; and GOOG who announced 7/15 split in December.
The 22nd phenomenon is just when new contracts start for the next month; but looking at it from an ETF Giant's point of view you may glean something from the moves here.
Did they know there was a problem? When? Did this help cause it? Any theories welcome. I'm not 100% sure what to make of it, but ProShares seemed to know exactly when to reset the books; and didn't give retail much notice.

TQQQ retesting support Sept 2020 resistance, turned support being retested coincidentally on the 38% fib retrace. Looking for buy setups if they present themselves. Average investors have erased all gains since Sept 2020, if not actively managing accounts.
