RBLX - trend reversed up?RBLX fomed a mini double bottom and had been reversing up, testing the neckline at 36.4 before eventually breaking above on strong volume 2 days ago (5 July). It is now consolidating in a mini bull flag and the next breakup above 39 would increase it's odds of heading towards 50. However a reversal below 33.90 would negate this bullish momentum. Roblox breaking out? Roblox Short Term We look to Buy at 35.79 (stop at 30.79) We look to buy dips. The trend of higher lows is located at 32.90. Previous resistance level of 36.00 broken. Posted a Double Bottom formation. Further upside is expected although we prefer to set longs at our bespoke support levels at 36.00, resulting in improved risk/reward. What Does a Falling Wedge & Roblox Have in Common?What Does a Falling Wedge & Roblox Have in Common? I've played Roblox once and from what I remember, players build things up and tear things down. In line with the objective of the Roblox game, the falling wedge pattern falls prior to the price rising (or "building") again. The Falling Wedge pattern was identified on RBLX weekly, daily, four hour and one hour charts. My intention is to make the most of this trade by entering a swing position. Therefore, my initial entry will be above the break of the upper trendline or 37.00. I am considering the following profit targets or profit taking levels- PT1 53 PT2 61.91 PT3 109.81 Special note -I will also consider pivot points for PT as well. *Risk Management- will include setting my stop loss below the low of the candle that breaks the upper trendline AND above 37.00. My starter position size will be relatively small to mitigate risks associated with entering a swing position. 80% of my position will be cut at PT1, 10-20% at PT2 (will be dependent on market conditions & price action of stock) and 10% or re-entry prior to reaching PT3 (will dependent on position status and price action). $RBLX — HE HAS AN 8 DOLLAR PRICE TARGET?! I bought puts on RBLX before the bell yesterday because my friend asked me to chart it up in the last second. I think we have the potential to go much lower. On the 1hr bars there is a "high heel" bearish pattern that would be active below support at 59.60 with $8 downside potential... We also have formed a bearish "h" on the daily chart, which I'm showing in this post, so keep an eye out for karma to pay them back for essentially finding a legal loophole for child slavery lol. Minecraft is better, too.
