after going to space Virgin Galactic has come back down to earthAfter going to space Virgin Galactic has come back down to earth, both literally and figuratively speaking for it's share price action. On July 11, 2021, Virgin Galactic successfully completed it's first fully crewed spaceflight. On August 2021, it opened sales to the Spacefarer community. The Company announced a target of 1,000 reservations prior to the launch of private astronaut commercial service. Approximately 700 of these 1,000 have been sold to date. On October 14, 2021, it announced the beginning of planned vehicle enhancement period, aka no immediate term revenue. Virgin Galactic (SPCE) earnings are on 1/7 at 4:05pm. I'm not expecting SPCE to go to the moon, but I did take advantage of this awful share price value and started a small speculative position through further dated options contracts. Here's the price levels on the 1 day chart. Space going a flight to the moon?Space has got a couple of gaps to be filled at $24 and $31. So there is high potential for a 100% move quite soon. There are strong upper resistance levels at $75-90 which may be tested on some very good news. The RSI is showing bullish sentiment as it did in the prior drop with a triple declining RSI retracement support. Furthermore, there is a double bottom suggesting a general reversal in this correction -this has a price target of $19. Have a great new Year.

Falling Wedge- BullishSPCE starting to catch my eye here after selling off for quite some time in addition to getting beaten down amidst all of the intraday volatility. SPCE holding a big falling wedge, buyers starting to step in, RSI finally starting to come out of oversold territory. SPCE (1D) Longterm Target - Wait for DIP Hi Traders, Hopefully nobody HOLD SPCE Stock right now and you all took profit at last top ? My expectation is the stock was too much pumped / Hyped by positive news on test flights. Seems like Major Stockholders - Richard Branson and Chamath were selling huge % of stocks. We can expect continuous drop for next few weeks. Wait for moment when you will not hear about company anymore / or there will be only bad news (investigation / more selling from Insiders). This could lead to 1:1 extension of corrective waves A:C. Historic LOW could be good price target to watch. If its going to be supported by RSI and MACD COnvergce at leats at 1D chart. I will notify you about LONG Setup. ;) Also take deep look into Fundamentals. This company and Space flightscould be good investment long term.

$SPCE Long, double returns from now.We are approaching lowest level YTD ~$17.30. Expected to bounce to resistance ~$22 in the short term (profits) . Fall back again before good take off, probably after some "on track for Q4 2022 space travel" news. One year best target could be $36 which is double from now . I would then expect some delays for space travel in 2023 , because it's just too hard to be on time. Price would suffer slightly from that before rocketing to what could be a n easy $20 billion market cap business (x10 from now) . Not a trading advice, let me know if that sounds a plausible scenario.
