At the moment, the prices are at the lower trendline and the EMA 50D supports, after falling from $0.283. The trading volume continues to decline which indicate that the selling pressure has been almost dissipated. For these reasons, here below is a LONG setup proposal: Entry: Around the actual price (or waiting for a bullish 1D candle for a safer trade) SL: $0.1975 Invalidation: 1D candle closing below the support trendline.

CHZ - AnalysisCHZ had a downward trend last week and the price of this currency entered a correction wave after hitting an important resistance area. The corrective wave continued to the bottom of the short-term upward channel of this currency and stopped at $0.21. If the selling pressure can break the bottom of the channel, the first currency support is in the range of $0.18 and considering that the last valid floor in the daily time frame, until this support level is broken, the trend can be between this support range. And the important resistance is $0.27 range. Currently, a full range between the resistance of 0.224 and the support of $0.210 can be considered for this currency in the four-hour time frame. Due to the extremely low trading volume, all candles in this area have small bodies and large shadows, and in lower time frames, for example, in the one-hour time frame, the range of this trend is well defined between the support range. If any of these levels are broken, the first target can be considered as the width of this channel. To return to the previous highs, buyers must push the price back above the $0.2280 range. In this case, we can again expect the trend of this currency to rise in the 4-hour and 1-hour time frames. But if the support is broken below, the lower support levels considered on the chart can be a target for sellers.

It can be assumed that the coin is dominated by sellers and the fall can continue. The global chart tries to show us the growth attempts and preconditions for the change of the trend to the uptrend, what we have: an active growth after the price stopped at 0.083 and a gradual renewal of the local minimum with an increase of the volume in September. But about the change of the global trend we can think only after the price comes above 0.3250 and is able to hold its positions. On the local chart we have an interesting pattern, which in simple terms is called the "descending triangle." The support is at the level of 0.2122, which was formed on October 3. The price is pushing down to the limit level, forming a set of energy for a breakdown of the support. And I am inclined to expect a break-down. I assume that the price can break through the support at 0.2122 and continue its movement within the descending channel in the nearest future. CHZ breaking outCHZ has been trying to break the daily support since a month and formed a cup & handle pattern. It seems that the breaking-out is going to be confirmed (on 1D TF). Despite the weakness of BTC and almost the whole market, CHZ performs very well these days. Volume indicators (OBV, MFI and CMF) are supporting this breakout: OBV breaks the resistance MFI breaks the trendlines and seems to reverse CMF positive, already broke zero (from negative values) and continues to increase.
