Support: The green zones around 0.042 and 0.022 represent important support levels, with the latter acting as a critical point to maintain the current trend. Resistance: The upper resistance trendline around 0.075 is a significant barrier, and breaking it could lead to an upside move. Volume: The volume is relatively low, suggesting that there is not much interest at current levels. A breakout or breakdown from the channel would likely be accompanied by a surge in volume. Price Action: If the price holds above the lower support, it may attempt a rebound. Otherwise, a breakdown could push the price towards the lower 0.022 zone.

Will this same bars pattern on CHZ repeat?Welcome back dear reader, for another Chilliz post. As i've been analyzing the chart further my eye fell on the bars pattern from May till October 2020, and noticed that it looks ALOT like the current bars pattern. The market structure it would form would also make alot of sense from a traders perspective. Allow me to explain while i have your attention. The only sellers remaining now are from 2021 or earlier, so we might stay in this area for a couple of weeks for people to capitulate. Those that got in earlier are eager for a break-even and will probably get that end of this month or beginning of April. Then around the latter half of May we might see 0.20$ followed by a retest of the lower bounds forming a perfect W as traders suspect it to be the absolute end of the bullmarket. Only for it to be followed by a quick recovery and a massive blowoff top! Target: Remains around 3$ (The fractal would indicate 17$ and a market cap of 160B, at 3$ it would be 28B which isn't too farfetched) Stoploss: 0.032$ Final remarks: Do i know for certain that it will happen? No, but the charts tell us a different story. Rustle

Chiliz is a sports project within crypto that creates fan tokens for world-famous clubs. 🔍 For example, clubs like Atlético Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester City, Juventus, and others use this project to create their fan tokens, and fans of these teams can support their favorite team by purchasing these tokens. Currently, the CHZ coin has a market cap of $499 million and is ranked 122 on CoinMarketCap. 📅 Weekly Timeframe As you can see in the weekly timeframe, after the sharp price pump that occurred in 2021, the price reached the area of 0.6824. After reaching this area, the price changed direction and underwent a downward trend down to the support at 0.0499, experiencing more than a 90% decline. 🔽 In this downward trend, we observe a descending channel where the price has reacted well to both the channel’s ceiling and its floor. In the latest upward movement, as you can see, the price did not reach the bottom of the box, and if you notice, each time in the previous two upward and downward movements within this channel, the upward movements had more volume than the downward ones, indicating the buyers' strength. ⚡️ Currently, the most important support for this coin is at 0.0499, which is near this area. If this area is broken, we might witness a price drop to the channel's bottom or even to the next support area at 0.0192. 🚀 On the other hand, if this support can push the price back up and the price also breaks out of the downward channel, the channel's trigger area will be 0.1545, which is also a very important resistance.
