COMP worst run company in the business. CEO is an overpaid mba clown
COMP Reffkin can fire all of his support staff; Compass is still going to lose money, because it overpays it's agents. If it cuts those high payouts, the agents will walk out the door. And when they do, their "book" of business walks with them.The "business model" here is a model of how not to run this business.
