The Tiles and Associated segment manufactures and distributes wall tiles, floor tiles and related products. The Sanitary Ware segment manufactures and markets sanitary ware products. The Plantation segment includes cultivation, processing and sale of tea and rubber. The Packaging Material segment manufactures and distributes packing materials. The Aluminium Products segment manufactures and distributes aluminium extrusions and allied products through a network of dealers & distributors. The Finance segment provides financial solutions. The Other segment involves in supply of raw materials to the ceramic industry and provision of consumer, retail, life style, healthcare and transportation. The company was founded by Amarakone Mudiyanselage Weerasinghe and F. P. De Alwis on August 29, 1990 and is headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
