I’ve made a ton of gains on memes by recognizing this early (it was obvious earlier this year when memes seemed to always be green fastest after a btc dump. (Caught $brett from early on). Anyways daddy doge is making its name back to retail. A boomer I know sold his doge at a 40% loss just weeks ago after buying years ago after SNL skit because he likes Elon. Him selling after holding for years marked the absolute bottom. Once he buys back, I’ll be selling ($1+)

Let us start the day with Dogecoin because we have some bullish momentum and when I look at this chart question immediately arises in my mind: How far up can it go, and, will the March 2024 peak break? The current move we see on the chart is part of bounce after the 5-August low. After several months of bullish consolidation, we are seeing a clear advance. How far up can prices go in this advance? We are seeing a hidden bearish divergence on the RSI coupled with overbought readings. That is, the pair is overbought. After 19 days of bullish action, trading volume continues to be weak. With this much bullish action, we would expect to see more volume. Low volume is an indication of weakness. Lastly, we have a lower high compared to May and the bullish wave seems to be at its end. Dogecoin Urgent Update (Change)I believe I shared a bullish analysis for Dogecoin recently. If you read this analysis, this is an important update. The recent jump reached its end and it seems to be a failed bullish move. Dogecoin found resistance around the same level that led to the 5-August crash. For DOGEUSDT this high happened 21-July around 0.14300. This is shown with a blue line on the chart. Dogecoin is now trading back below this level and producing a rounded top. This signals that a new drop is coming and this last move was simply an inverted correction. The good news is that this type of move can lead to a higher bottom. Meaning, the drop can end around the 5-August low, a bit higher or lower but doesn't necessarily need to be super low. If there was no recovery wave, the next low could have been a disaster. Dogecoin is set to move lower based on the current chart, market conditions and signals. Close any LONG trades. If spot, you can easily sell and buy back lower. If you are a long-term holder, you can simply wait for the whole thing to unravel as it should only last a few weeks, maximum a few months.
