About France Foreign Direct Investment
Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) reflects the net incurrence of liabilities under the Financial Account – Direct Investment for the total French economy vis-à-vis the rest of the world, as recorded in the Balance of Payments. It measures the total value of direct investment inflows into France (i.e., foreign entities acquiring stakes or reinvesting earnings in French businesses) without seasonal adjustment.
