Waiting for the DXY correction H4. 17.10.2024 Waiting for the DXY correction Ahead of the ECB meeting, the dollar index has reached a strong rotation level of 103.57 and the main question is whether there will be a reaction and correction downwards! There is also a spare resistance level at 104.20 and I do not rule out reaching it and then a serious correction to at least 102.28. There will definitely be volatility and it is important to watch the reaction through other currencies. TVC:DXY

DXY : What to anticipateSome of you may have seen the 'free gift' yesterday before it was deleted - the lucky few. Anyway, let's talk about the DXY. It has been some time. Some traders quite like this method called Elliot Wave. It is truly useless simply because you do not know EXACTLY where the price might end up. Only after the fact can these followers fool themselves when they see their ABCDE123 pattern. Now I bet you they are quite clueless about the DXY. How about the simple 'D' - I am sure this is simpler. Whether it works, you should know by now. DXY had by now bounced at 100.0 By the look of it, it can go very high. I am anticipating 120/6 - this follows the pattern as can be seen in the chart. Good luck - may we make a lots of MONEY.

Always learning new things as I check for my mistakes!Had a stoploss a very nice one, don't worry I followed my plan and just lost 1% of my account no big deal. These past weeks, I have notice that every time that DXY is not aligned with EUR/USD price always goes contrary to manipulation. For example, in EU we can see that price manipulated a high, but DXY didn't meaning DXY is supported by an order block. Same happens when DXY manipulates a high or low and EU doesn't manipulate any high or low this means EU is supported by an order block. In Conclusion this is called divergence and every time we see divergence we go contrary to manipulation. Note: Here you are seeing the DXY chart inverted, this way you'll be able to find divergences easily.

DXY - Can Get To $108DXY This is now a very strong bounce and a bullish morning star candle pattern is printing on the month chart still with half the month to go. I think this may be first major bounce from the market topping slump back in 2022... From the crash low I see it as an AR "Automatic Rally" (short covering) into a 3 wave correction... And now the real bounce which may end up being a higher time frame 3 wave correction that Elliott Wavers might call a WXY. This is starting to look like it will be the obligatory minimum 0.618 @ $108.7 retracement as per crash structure ratios and it can of course explore into the Golden Window up to 0.786 @ $111.3 overshoot ratio and even a little beyond. This is great for currency trades long dollar and as you know I posted a short GBPUSD trade (see linked idea) a while ago. That trade should have some legs if dollar gets to the Golden Window, which I think it will if the month closes here or above. Pull backs along the way of course. Not advice

I am currently writing my annual assessments and it is quite extensive and the preparation is quite time consuming. For this reason I thought it best to take a short break from writing and recording content just until I finished up. DXY Is Going Down! Short! Here is our detailed technical review for DXY. Time Frame: 10h Current Trend: Bearish Sentiment: Overbought (based on 7-period RSI) Forecast: Bearish The price is testing a key resistance 103.181. Taking into consideration the current market trend & overbought RSI, chances will be high to see a bearish movement to the downside at least to 102.300 level. P.S We determine oversold/overbought condition with RSI indicator. When it drops below 30 - the market is considered to be oversold. DXY - Dollar Index 4H bearish setupThe TVC:DXY is showing potential for a bearish reversal after its recent rise. Technically, DXY has bounced back to a key resistance zone after a major fall, reaching the order block from the last leg down. The failure to break significantly higher from this resistance suggests the possibility of another downward move. Liquidity grabs above the resistance zone further support this bearish outlook.
