BTCUSDT China's new quantum computer is 1 million times faster than Google’s latest quantum processor, Willow.
Zuchongzhi-3, developed by Chinese researchers, has 105 qubits and has shown insane speed in specific tasks, solving problems that would take classical supercomputers billions of years.
Meanwhile, Google’s Willow, also a 105-qubit superconducting processor, focuses on improving error correction which makes it slower now but more reliable for large-scale quantum computing in the future.
Microsoft has also recently announced Majorana 1, but it’s playing a completely different game. Instead of superconducting qubits like Google and China, Majorana 1 uses topological qubits, designed to be way more stable. Right now, it only has 8 qubits, but if Microsoft pulls this off, it could scale to millions with far fewer errors than traditional quantum chips.
