It operates through the following segments: Payment Terminal, Authorizations, Software, and Corporate. The Payment Terminal segment includes terminals with payment functionalities and other functions in the fixed, portable, and mobile units categories. The Authorizations segment offers real time processing for American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards, as well as VPay and Maestro debit cards. The Corporate segment covers financial expenses and group support activities that are not included in the first two segments. The company was founded by Stephane Vandervelde on June 28, 1996 and is headquartered in Zaventem, Belgium.
