LQQ buy zones 2022LQQ offers 2x leveraged exposure to Nasdaq 100 index. After 2 years of bull run, we might have the opportunity to buy at very attractive prices this year in case of a further correction.
My plan is to buy the lows and take some profit after each bounce :
- Target 1 matches with early 2021 resistance & support located between 13700 and 14000
- Target 2 matches with 2020 resistance / 2021 support near 12400
- Target 3 matches with 2020 resistance & support near 11000
Target for daily RSI : 25 / 30
Target for daily MACD : -40 / -50
Duration : the lower lows might be reached during March, before of after the first FED rate hike. This would make an end to a 3 months correction like in late 2018.
After that we can expect another bull market until the next financial crisis which might be caused by excessive debts and interest rates, maybe in 2023 or 2024.
