The strike price is the price at which the underlying security may be brought for call options. The strike price is the price at which the underlying may be sold for put options. $5 is the premium. Hilton Worldwide bearish swing to $77.69One of the limits for the year has been triggered by this stock so I am short the stock. I typically close instruments based on weekly close so a weekly close above $113.28 is my reason to close and potentially switch sides. This trade will be held for weeks once it goes into profit. Hilton Earnings Beat Expectations, Early Entry After a full quarter of building a base, Hilton beat expectations on earnings. Hilton is still far off on earnings from a year ago, reporting non-GAAP earnings of $17m, or 6 cents per share, compared to $301m and $1.05 per share last year. That's better than a 0.61 cents loss per share from the previous quarter. Occupancy has recovered to 42% compared to 22% in the previous quarter. Still a ways to go, but its a start. I might enter here with a stop loss of 82.55 based on a 10d ATR (x2.7), which is just under support. Position size is of R8.84.
