EURUSD new here. can someone explain what is meant by the dollar falling? does it mean it is strenghtening? i.e go from 1.12$ /1€ to 1.09$/1€.also if the dollar is bearish, is that the same as the above example.

EURUSD anybody going to trade the Moodys downgrade?Was this already priced in? They announced their intentions a while back. Will this put short term down pressure on the dollar? It's interesting that the announcement came out right after the House failed on the vote for the tax/spending bill. Thanks to the guy that posted the COT on options, I see price magnets at 1.095 and 1.135 but which one is first. Does anybody care, or do you already have a strong bias for the rest of 2025? My bias has been dxy to 102-104 first before being held down below 100 for the rest of the year.
