A bearish rejection at resistance (~1.05155) led to a pullback, which is now interacting with the 21 EMA and a possible support zone. Price Action & Rejection: The recent bearish candle pushed the price down, but there was an immediate rejection from a demand zone, leading to a bullish bounce. This suggests that buyers are stepping in, showing potential support at the 1.0400 - 1.0450 zone. Confluence Factors: EMA 21 Acting as Dynamic Support: The price has previously respected the 21 EMA, and the latest reaction suggests it may hold as support. Order Block/Reliquidity Grab: A small liquidity grab below the previous lows before bouncing indicates that smart money may be accumulating long positions. HelenP. I Euro may correct to trend line before continue to growHi folks today I'm prepared for you Euro analytics. From this chart, it's clear that the price initially moved upward within a rising channel. At one point, it briefly dipped below the 1.0260 level but quickly recovered and pushed higher. After hovering around this level for a while, the price resumed its upward movement within the channel. Later, the Euro reached Support 1, which aligned with a support zone, and consolidated there for some time before breaking through. The price then climbed to 1.0520 before reversing and starting to decline. In a short span, it dropped back to Support 1, broke below it again, exited the channel, and fell further to the trend line, forming a strong gap and breaking through Support 2 along the way. However, the price soon reversed sharply, rallying back to Support 1 before correcting below the trend line. Following this correction, the price began to climb below the trend line, and after some time, EURUSD managed to break above both the trend line and Support 1. Currently, it is continuing its upward movement near the trend line. In my view, EURUSD is likely to drop back to the trend line before resuming its upward trajectory. EURUSD Will it follow Trump's 1st Term??The EURUSD pair made a market bottom on January 13 2025 and in recent trade, it has been consolidating above the 1D MA50 (blue trend-line). Interestingly enough, this is so far similar to the price action that preceded and followed Trump's 1st Term. A 1D Death Cross took the market from the November 2016 elections to the January 2017 bottom. After a 1D RSI Double Top and Resistance rejection, the pair dropped again below the 1D MA50 (blue trend-line) but recovered to reach the 1D MA200 (orange trend-line) in end of March 2017 and initiate an aggressive Channel Up that peaked on the 1.618 Fibonacci extension from the September 2016 High.
