I think if you care to look into previous statements by the foundation, they claimed that TPS was higher in 2021 than the 'upgrade' promises.

So either they lied about tps, or this is a nothing burger masquerading as progress. Either way, it's what I would expect from them. Just the latest ruse in a long history of these antics.
